Southern Energy Assessments (SEA) are able to provide a full Home Information Pack (HIP) to you or your clients directly for a very competitive fee.

Since we are all qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA’s) we are able to guarantee that only professional, reliable assessors will enter your client’s home. We are happy to meet you personally should you wish this.

Should you prefer to compile your own HIP “in house” we are able to provide the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), again for a very competitive fee.
