Order Home Information Pack Online

Order a Home Information Pack  (HIP) online.

At present we use only our own Domestic Energy Assessors in our local area, so please only use this form if you are in the TN postcode area. If you are outside this area, please complete the contact form and we will be in touch to confirm whether we are able to carry out the assessment and provide your Home Information Pack.

If you would like to order your HIP now, please pay via Paypal using the links provided below. You DO NOT NEED a Paypal account to be able to pay by Paypal!

We are also able to accept cheques and online BACS payments; please contact us for further details if you would prefer to pay by any of these methods when placing your order.

What is the process?

• Please complete and submit your contact information on the form below.
• Next, click the pay now button. When you click, you will be taken to the Paypal website to make your payment, no account is needed as you can use a credit or debit card to pay by Paypal, or , if you have a Paypal account, you can simply pay from that account.
• Once your payment is confirmed,  we will then forward necessary forms to you via email. You can generally complete these on your computer and email them back to us, or if you would rather, you can print and post them back to us once completed. (Or we can post them to you and you can post them back to us!)
• We will meanwhile contact you to arrange access to the property and schedule your assessment.
• At the time of the assessment, we will also collect from you any other information needed to finalise the Home Information Pack
